Boasting 4500 pigeonholes or terracotta nest boxes and 12 metre high double turntable ladder, this is the largest pigeon-house in the Ile-de- France region and the oldest building on the castle property. It provided eggs and meat, and also precious guano used to fertilize the kitchen garden.
